At Enzo Vending, we prioritize delivering your order efficiently. All vending machines are shipped directly from our suppliers in China to U.S. customers. Below are our shipping options, costs, and responsibilities.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are based on the selected shipping method. Please note that these timeframes can be affected by factors such as product availability, customs, and carrier delays.
- Standard Shipping (Sea Freight): 25-35 days. This timeframe may vary due to customs or shipping conditions.
- Express Shipping (Air Freight): 10-15 days for faster delivery, though shipping times may still vary.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are based on the dimensional weight of each product to ensure fair and accurate rates. Costs are as follows:

Notes:
- Remote Regions (Hawaii and Alaska): Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska incur an additional cost due to higher logistical expenses. Please see the table for exact surcharges by weight.
- Orders Over 700 kg: For orders exceeding 700 kg, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, as rates vary based on specific logistics.
- Customs and Import Duties: All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes as per U.S. regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
