Returns and Refunds
At Enzo Vending, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 14-day return policy for new and unused vending machines. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your vending machine must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and Undamaged: The machine must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or installation attempts.
- Original Packaging: The machine must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original receipt or order confirmation is required as proof of purchase.
Return Shipping

Buyer's Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping will be handled from the U.S. return address:
3440 E Russell Rd STE 205, Las Vegas, NV 89120. - Return Label: We can provide a return shipping label upon request, but the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Origin: Please note that all our products are shipped directly from our suppliers in China. While the return address is located in the U.S., shipping times for replacements or refunds may vary.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and handling costs.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are ineligible for return:
- Customized Vending Machines: Any vending machine that has been personalized or customized is not eligible for return.
- Damaged or Used Machines: Machines that have been damaged, used, or installed are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original machine following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
